Monica Goes Back to Copenhagen: The Best Two Days…Ever I had to fly out of Copenhagen, so we spent a short two days in the city before the long-awaited trip home. I left Copenhagen in 2 feet of snow, freezing temperatures, and teeth-shattering wind. I came back to sunny skies and temperatures in the high 70s. It was lovely, and we decided to throw all of our museum-going plans out the window and spend the whole time outside. (Although unfortunately sans trip to Tivoli.) I hate to admit it, but my time in London made me forget what a great place Copenhagen is. After just spending two days here, I fell in love with the city all over again.
