MGT Bergen: The Most Touristy and Delicious Fish Market…Ever

We only explored a small (touristy) section of Bergen, but one of our favorite places was the fish market. Delicious salmon, whale meat, shrimp, and crab meat. Beautiful fish. Lots and lots of Italian tourists. 

Almond croissant. Even better than Pret’s. And I LOVE Pret. 

MGT London: The Department of Coffee and Social Affairs

My favorite favourite coffee shop in London. It took me almost three months to get the name right. The Ministry of Social Affairs. The Institute of Coffee. The Ministry of Magic. They make the best flat whites in London, and also have delicious sandwiches. Mmmmm.

Third course: Deserts. Macaroon with cream filing, raspberry biscuit, meringue with cream and blueberries, liquored apricot and macadamia nut cake, and some pistachio thingy. Yep.

Second course: Biscuits and a madeleine! Madeleine’s have always been my favorite. Perfect with Fortnum and Mason’s jams. 

First course: Poached eggs in Hollandaise sauce over smoked salmon and biscuit. Very rich; thoroughly delicious.
